  • A separate rental application must be fully completed, dated and signed by each applicant and co-applicants. Spouse can complete one rental application.
  • The rental application will be reviewed when submitted so we’ll have to all information needed to determine your eligibility.
  • Each applicant must provide government photo identification and allow it to be photocopied.
  • Applicants, who do not have sufficient income, may qualify by having the lease guaranteed by a guarantor. The guarantor must have a gross monthly income of near 3 times the monthly rent and must meet all other qualifying criteria. The guarantor must complete and sign a lease guaranty agreement. The lease may be guaranteed only by a relative or employer. Guarantors may be held responsible for the entire rent and other costs, such as damages, as long as you live at this property, even if you are or have roommates.
  • Bankruptcies will be considered based upon status, payment plans, and foreclosures. Proof of Payments required as well as release dates.

  • $50.00 application fee per applicant / $60.00 joint per applicant
  • $150.00 Deposit 1 Bedroom
  • $250.00 2 Bedroom
  • $350.00 3 Bedroom
  • $350.00 Pet Fee Non-Refundable (Per Pet)

  • $ 25.00 monthly pet fee non-refundable (Per Pet)
